Character Transfer Serivce Requirements

<p>Sony has now put it to transfer you have to have an active reoccurring gold membership.  Having gold membership is ok I can understand it but here is my question.  What about the loyal customers who dont have credit cards so instead pay with game cards?</p><p> How is this fair to them, in the past you would have to contact customer support and they would put on the account a  temporary 3 day active to make it so you could purchase the token, now they say if your not willing to give us your credit card were not willing to work with you.  I think this is completely absurd as there are plenty of people that play this game that don't have a credit card to make their account active.  Also with the security breach sony had earlier Im sure their are others like myself that are very hesitant to re-give sony their credit card info.  I don't know why it cant be made that instead of it being reoccurring you have to just have an active gold membership for 7 days to be able to see the token.  It seems very unfair to me to tell people that have been playing this game for years using game card,s sorry but even though you have been giving us your money for years we don't care to help you any longer. </p><p>It seems that the customer service offered by sony which has always been low has sunk to ab-missal levels.</p>

<p>you can go to wal mart or just about any other retailer and get a visa or MC that you can use to pay for your sub.</p><p>i got one for my kid, i just load 15.00 each month on his wal mart visa and it pays his recuring gold sub.</p>

<p>after going reacurring gold for over a week now I still cant see the transfer token on any of my characters, my account is over 5 years old, my characters are between 39 and 90, and on different servers, I cant see the token in marketplace. The only reason I went reacurring gold was so that I met the requirments, and now it seems like I wasted the money and time waiting for SOE to honor their requirments. Im done with this game, SOE doesnt respect their customers enough too keep my loyalty. The integrity of the game has descented from the day it started micro transactions, and now it just seems like a quite income generation with little or no support for the customers who look for value in the game. I just came back from a 2 year break from the game, wanted to catch up with some old friends on a different server, the reason I took the break was because I was disillusioned with the direction SOE was taking the game, now I am certain that I nolonger want to invest any more into it, since I already got burned the moment I came back into the game after my break.</p>
