LoN is not a bad game overall, the problem is is it is a ghost town, so finding a player to play against, because this tpe of AI can not beat a person that has an IQ over 70 more than a few times. The lobby is empty, there is no one to trade cards with and even at 200 SC the packs are too expensive, it will take a lot more than this to breathe some life back into that game, if it is even possible to at this point.

It was a bit daunting for me to begin with, I never played and card game of this genre before LoN but once it clicked it is a breeze. You can get a few loot cards from the scenarios so you might want to try and learn it. I could try to arrange a time to help you over the hump.

The problem is not learning it. It is the fact that every 3 months they come out with a new expansion that causes older ones to no longer be valid. So you spend a bundle of money on booster packs to get you waht you want so you can play and then they are out of date and you can't use them anymore. Then all the old scenerios that used to be able to be beaten and get stuff frfom can no longer be beaten with the decks that were menat to go with them. The only use for LoN is the few loot cards that are worth anything. Heck, just give us choose a loot cards we can buy and be done with it. oh wait, that is what the marketplace is. ANyway, I enjoyed it when it first came out, bought cards and all, then they invalidate all that I bought, sorry, but no thanks to that crappy selling format.

Still bugs the hell out of me that I've never played it but I'm still required to download updates for it on a regular basis.
