thug's Vigor

<p>On a recent aprse with a guild group in contested Kael, I noticed that my highest hit on the parse was something called "thugs Vigor".  One hit was for over a million HP; a few others were nearly that.I usually don't use Band of Thugs but if they are capable of proccing that kind of damage, I'm adding it to my rotation.</p>

<p>vigor is heal on giants that gets triggerd by a hit it's not dmg  ...the best time if any to use thugs is when sunder up on a mob</p>
