View Full Version : Account Hacked SOE won't give me my mounts back

<p>I have been a loyal player since the game was released. I've bought every expansion and my account has always been paid. I haven't played in about a year and I reactivated my account a couple of days ago after purchasing the Age of Discovery Expansion Collectors Edition for $90, I logged on to find ALL of my coin and mounts GONE!.</p><p>SOE refunded me 150 Plat, although I could have sworn I had a lot more than that. What bothered me was my mounts were gone, and they had no record of me having one.</p><p>I have 2 main characters.</p><p>Daith - Antonia Bayle Server, an 84 Templar had a Horse, I don't remember what kind. But it was a good one.</p><p>Daithin - Antonia Bayle Server, a 90 Conjuror had a Warg.</p><p>The problem is that SOE said that they have no record of me having mounts. Even if they didnt have a record of it, they could have just assumed and gave me something. I mean come on, how many 84 and 90 characters do you see running around without mounts. I'ts just depressing, because I put a lot of work into those characters. I remember doing the Desert of Flames quests to get the Flying Carpet on both characters. <p>how could they not have a record of it?  that's silly.  i'd resubmit that ticket and ask for it to be elevated.  maybe your rep only looked at SC purchases.  if it was a quest for the warg, maybe you can find the quest name by searching wargs on zam.</p><p>if it makes you feel any better, all mounts are the same now (as far as speed and abilities).  you can easily pick up a cheap mount from the horse merchant and have <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">150%</span> 130% run speed.</p><p><em>(edit to correct run speed.</em>)</p>

<p>Where the mount involved a quest ( the carpet  for example) , find the name of the quest on zam , find it in your completed quest list  and state that in your petition update.</p>
