Delay of a few minutes to interact with anything.

<p>When I enter the game world I am unable to interact with anything. All I can do is run around. I can't talk to or attack NPC's. I can't chat. I can't do anything else. If I leave it alone for a while (usually 5 minutes or so) then the actions I tried to perform will finally happen.</p><p>I don't know what could be wrong. It's fully installed (uninstalled the streaming client and finally found the full client after some searching). I have it added as an exception to Windows Firewall. I can run other MMO's just fine.</p>

<p>Quick question...  Do you wait for the MotD window to pop up before doing anything?  I've noticed that if the MotD window doesn't pop up and I start running around, I get all sorts of weird lag/performance issues.  After it pops up, things seem to go back to normal.</p>

<p>Watch your BPS (yellow number) on the meter (F11) when you log in and experience this and let me know if it spikes for you all too, please. I have been posting about this very thing and about the game randomly shutting down as well as getting stuck "waiting for zone server" when zoning and I am wondering if this spike has anything to do with it.</p><p>My BPS will spike to between 50,000 and 80,000 for a few moments before settling down to around 200 to 500.</p>
