Why can't I run this game well?

<p>I recently joined back up, still sitting with a free account, but I did have the max available before. I had an older computer that would run this game flawlessly, and my new rig runs this game choppy?</p><p>I have an i7 with a gt 550ti with 8g of ram utilizing and 800w power supply. I get in the game, start running/casting, whatever it may be and it's so choppy! Any ideas why this is happening? I know my computer isn't 'the best' but its running games like Aion/WoW/Swtor on ultra/max.</p><p>Even the graphics im getting, like the detail at distance is horid.</p><p>The game is still downloading stuff, so I figure that may be the answer but I wanted to cover all my bases before I dish $14.99 for the gold sub</p>

<p>it sounds like your running the streaming client, thats most likley your problem . its very buggy and a steaming pile of poo overall.</p><p>download the full client , let it download wile you sleep  and uninstall the streaming client.</p><p>i was having the same issues, and got tired of soe's support not fixing the streaming client so i swapped.</p>

<p>Our LaunchPad developers are not part of support (which includes Tech/Billing) and we cannot make changes to the game or the patcher.</p><p>However, I would also recommend our Full Asset patcher if time allows.  There are known issues with our Streaming LP that are being worked on.</p>
