You are aware that there are still some things broken from the DoV expansion, they've moved on.

I agree, I've never had more problems with the game since before AoD.

I have 11 crafters. 9 of which are 90. Every day, I log into each character to mentor the apprentice. I crash an average of 6 times during this whole time. The crashes are different, sometimes during zoning, sometimes while loading the character, sometimes in the middle of running through the zone. Occasionally I'll get the "next block corrupted" error, but most of the time the EQ2 program stops responding and then windows searched for a fix. Some times I have no errors, but guess whats running when I have no errors, nothing else on my computer. Normally, when I play, I run iTunes and an internet browser in the background, for wiki and zam. I DO NOT listen to the in-game sounds, I hate the sound of other players' grunts and moans for combat, and not enough NPCs have voices to justify listening to the quest. So, iTunes provides that sound I need. The problem is that either iTunes will crash due to EQ2, or EQ2 will crash. My laptop runs the game just fine, rarely crashes out, but my laptop HAS to have the sound card disabled, or it will crash out. (This I learned when I first got the laptop) The laptop also doesn't run any other program in the background, as it is not nearly fast enough to run other programs and EQ2.

These crashes are becoming increasingly frustrating!! I find myself hurrying to get the apprentices mentored so I can move on to another game. I don't even want to play EQ2 right now, not with all these crashes. And if this doesn't get fixed, I'll just revoke my gold status and completely drop out of EQ2 all together, why pay for a game I can't play?
