Troubador Resist Songs

<p>I've noticed that on most buffs that have a small regenerating ward attached to them such as the shaman group hp buffs or the AA modified sorcerer's magi shielding, potency seems to affect this ward. However on the troubador resist songs and possibly the dirge one, this doesn't seem to be the case. Is this a bug or intended and if intended, why?</p>

<p>The dirge and trouby resist/ward songs ward that amount every hit from that type of damage. They don't get 'used up', hence no need to regenerate.</p>

<p>Pretty sure on my maintained spell window it's got a number that disappears when I take like a 500 point hit so yeah it does get used up.</p>

<p>I've never had to 'recast' the arcane or elemental songs with my trouby. Granted I haven't raided with her since DoV. But the ward was protecting the entire raid through out the zone.</p>

<p>Because it's a regenerating ward. Go into pools sometime and turn on the arcane song and stand in the red and watch your maintained spell window. Should show like 500, then blink off once you take damage, then come back a few seconds later.</p>
