SOE, what is wrong with you???

<p>this new forum log-ins are getting ridiculous, forcing to retype log-in and password each time???</p><p>also i cant even process with LoN packs cards, there is no way i can type in, it like i got blank box and i see no "cursor' or "I" cursor wasnt viewable.</p><p>just want to say, i am upset and this wasted my time fighting with stupid "confirmation box", and want you (bug team) to fix it. i am tired of you guys just putting off for later time instead of taking care of problems asap.</p><p>this new log-in and new launcher are just more hassle to deal for some clients, it is big turn-offs.</p><p>what happen to more friendly log in.</p><p>i have same issue with DCUO in last few months.</p><p>when i go to eq2 for so many months, no problem, but when i go to DCUO, i had to re-enter, and when i go back to Eq2, and i was forced to re-enter the forum log-in. it get very tedious and very annoying.</p><p>also you need to fix LoN in-game purshase in eq2, i was forced to go on account site and enter to just to order few packs.</p><p>i cant fathom how dumb it get or why it cause so much frustrations, it need smoother transition flow.</p><p>just need better "so easy for a caveman can do it"...</p>

<p>This is frustrating for all of us, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We have folks working on it and hope this will be fixed soon.</p><p>I had to log in again just to post this response.
