<p>Hi</p><p>My account was banned a couple of days ago as when my wife was on playing her character someone logged in my character and it was not me as I was out. We decided to petition just to check if a GM had logged me in as I am in the process of trying to get a character transfered (am having the same issues as other people but that is another matter lol). The GM investigated it and decided it was possible my account had been hacked so banned the account while getting it sorted. I provided all the necessary security information and waited for my account to be unbanned, 24 hours later it still had not been done so I contacted them again, another 12 hours later I get an email to say it's been sorted.. great! I log into game and get to character select screen which shows my ratonga as locked because I do not have the necessary race/class pack! In december I purchased a years gold membership so definately should be able to play my rat, along with the fact I only created it a week or so ago and it let me then! I log into my account through the website and it now shows I have no membership whatsoever even though I have purchased it.</p><p>What the heck is going on, I do not want to now wait another 24 hours before my account (I hope) gets reset back to gold and I can play my characters, I am generally really patient about things but this has frustrated me no end and I would like it sorted ASAP, if you are able to assist in any way it would be really appreciated, my case no is 120109-001108</p><p>Once this is sorted I now have to re-open my character transfer case which has been delayed nearly 2 days because of the length of time it has taken to sort this out so the sooner it is done the sooner I can get transfered.</p><p>Thanks.</p>
