<p>...log in to raid on Monday night at 830 EST, and my raid gear is stripped off my toon and my bank boxes are locked (like I have a copper membership).</p><p>I hop on chat to talk with a customer service person, and he says I didn't do anything wrong, but somehow, my account is not recognizing the SC purchase.</p><p>Nearly 24 hours later, my account is still "copper" and not "gold" and I get back on chat with the same person from the night before. He says that management has to fix this problem, and there is nothing that he can do.</p><p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>So this post goes out to management:</strong></span></p><p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Fix my account, please!</strong></span></p>

<p>I think had you persisted or played CSRoulette you might have gotten somewhere specifically recall a thread where someone had a sub issue of some sort and they were give a 72 hour pass until issue was resolved.</p>

<p>They ended up refunding my 12000 SC, so I could then repurchase the 12 month nonrecurring sub.</p><p>Appreciate the fix!</p><p>Now, if my raiding guild can manage to not fold, that would be great!</p>
