View Full Version : How can I check if I'm recieving my 500SC per month for recurring billing?

<p>Might be a bit of a noobish question but I can't tell if I'm getting my 500 SC per month or not.  The reason being that I bought a load of SC as well on triple cash day and the combination of that, alcohol consumption over the holidays and the purchase of research reduction potions leaves me confused as to whether I'm getting the credit or not.</p><p>Is there an easy way to check?  I went into my account and payment/purchases history only shows times I've bought SC or redeemed it for items but no recurring credits are in there.  Using the SC button only gives an option to buy more SC rather than see SC related transactions so still none the wiser.  Can anyone tell me if it is possible to check this or do I need to raise a ticket?</p><p>Many thanks</p>

<p>If you are like me and paid for 3 months you won't get your cash.  I got 500 for the first month and they cheated me out of the rest.</p>

I've been a gold subscriber on a recurring payment account through the use of a Visa credit card since 10/18/11. If what TSR-MattG posted above is correct and the grants should be appearing as well then I have never gotten the 500SC monthly subscriber bonus.</p><p>I would like to see if anyone else has been able to view the grants on their payment history before I contact support.</p>

<p>I hope this will change in the future, being able to see the balances/history (including the 500sc allotment) would be great.</p><p>So calling/contacting support directly is the only way to know if/when we get the sc (for accounts that qualify of course <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />?</p>

Mine shows three transcations of 150 200 150 for a single day for the 500 free SC. Under product service its just says EQ-In-game Item.</p><p>I don't see where I was gifted the 500sc the first month they started but do know I recieved it. I pay for a 12 month sub.</p>

Probably some furniture or appearance items you grabbed with your last 500 SC <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
