<p>These belts definitely have an awesome proc....the data didn't make it to live.  This looks like it was caused by the same data-push issue that borked the food/drink recipes.  Easy fix at any rate - procs coming to your priest belts soon.  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>The level 80 version of the priest belt DOES have a proc, but the level 90 is missing one.  The effect on the level 80 version is Rehabilitate (heal proc + ward trigger if target is <50% health).  I would assume the next higher level of that effect needs to be attached to the level 90 version.</p><p>Also, the Reactant examine windows still have the food/drink listed as possible products but the belts are all missing.  I'm not sure if that would affect making any of the belts (I haven't tried), but the belts should probably be swapped in and the food/drink removed from the examine window to avoid any confusion.</p><p>I have bugged both of the above in-game as well.</p>
