Bug / Multiattack & Mouseover Numbers.. pls fix...

<p>if i have 240% MA but the Char window says i only attack 1 additional hit + 40%</p><p>if i have 199% MA the mouseover text says 1 additional hit + 99%</p><p>Someone with 450% would get 1 additional hit +50% (3 hits less than he should)</p><p>i dont parse my DPS but if thats a bug and i dont hit 240% as i should then this should get fixed.</p><p>Everyone can check this out by hoovering over the MultiAttack text in the Autoattack Area of your Character stats...</p>
