<p>I paid for gold membership using some of my sc on the 3rd of this month it acted like everything went right but today I tried to log on and it put me in F2P craptastic option I rather quit game than play F2P.. Ok How the heck do I get the GOLD membership I bought to work? The crap service SOE gives most the time kinda puts me in a I expected this mode but still to take and not give back is not good business IMO. <p>Logging in and out usually fixes it. Press your character select screen (C) and go to misc on the bottom right side and verify what it says for account once you log back in.</p><p>If that doesn't work, use the live agent on the website, and you can connect with customer support via live chat during their work hours .. Pacific Time.</p>

It did take about 10 mins per transfer (at first i was freaked out) but it worked out.</p><p>I appreciate the eventual help i recieved from CS! I can no longer purchase transfer tokens which is ok for me, just needed to get these guys over... or Gift.. but that's not too big a deal yet.</p><p>So my $50 in SC was unfortunately taken against my 2 hrs of total CS support over the last month in SOE profit... even at minimum wage + overhead finances... at best they made nothing..? <p>Hm... only bug i've noticed so far is all of my houses have been deleted, which i literally only had my crafting apprentices in my mistmoore mansions.. and in the Tradeskill areas they say i already have an apprentice so they must be stuck in limbo.</p>
