Bug with Enchanted Barrier/Astral Soulsiphon

<p>Currently, Enchanted Barrier granted by max level of the Enchanted Exotic Warder (Primal Slot 5) and Astral Soulsiphon granted by max level of the Mystical Exotic Warder (Primal Slot 6) share the same cooldown.</p><p>The Slot 5 and 6 Feral Primals from the other 2 exotic warders work fine.</p>
