Cannot change accounts to report toons stuck in Frostfell

<p>No matter what I do I cannot get the account to change so I can report toons stuck in Frostfell via the website. I tried changing out of the Forums and changing accounts via My Account. I can successfully change those but I am still stuck on the Support system. I cannot get to a screen to change accounts. How do I get the support system to change accounts?</p>
