View Full Version : SC not being received in a timely manner

<p>I would like to know why it is taking so long to receive the 500sc each month for mine and my fiance's monthly recurring gold accounts. We renewed both accounts to active recurring on my cc on Nov. 29th. We did not get our station cash until almost Christmas. Our accounts renewed again on Dec. 29th and it's now January 5th and no SC for Dec. If the money comes out on the assigned date then the sc for that month should be posted within a few days at most (I am of course allowing time for transfers between financial institutions even though they should be almost instantaneous nowadays). This needs fixing. It's preventing me from buying things I might be interested in.</p>

<p>This is really not right. We pay our money for a service and that service is not provided as stated. This is no way to run a business. Customer satisfaction goes a long way to keeping the lights on. LoN cards used to be there after payment day, but now its there MeH..whenever we get around to it. If this is a way of getting peoples eyes off the LoN perk then just dump all of the rewards on the MP and be done with it.</p>

<p>Add me to the list:</p><p>My subscription renewed on Dec 26th...today is Jan 6th...11 days later and no 500SC added as yet to my recurring account. SOE has no issue billing me on a monthly basis...why is there an issue with the SC allowance? Wouldn't it make sense to apply it to the account on the date on the recurring monthly charge??</p><p>Still no SC at the time of this post. Also no reply to the inquiry sent to SOE regarding this via email as yet either.</p><p>Regards.</p>

My eq2 acct opened nov 6th, 2004.. My forum acct was Nov 10th.. and my subscription renewal date is the 3rd of the month...</p><p>two dates have passed... sub and eq2 acct creation date... no dice</p>

<p>If you are missing LON choose-a-packs please open a support ticket.</p><p>I am also the TCG admin and am the only person that can directly assist with these issues so you can avoid a delay in the escalation process by opening the ticket and PMing me the incident number. Make sure to include what the problem is as I do receive a ton of PM's daily.</p>
