Voice Chat Cutting Out

<p>I have searched through threads on voice chat problems here as well as the station knowledge base and haven't seen anything on my problem.</p><p>The problem is that voice chat is cutting out. If I go into a channel, I can hear people talk for the first few seconds. Then it cuts out and I cannot hear anything they say. My 'Push To Talk' button is purple instead of green for some reason. Sometimes I get the message 'Voice Chat Connect Failure' when trying to connect. It has to be a software problem, but I have no idea how to solve it.</p><p>This problem is making it extremely difficult for me to raid. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.</p>

<p>What brand/model of router or modem/router combo are you using?  If its a standalone router go ahead and bypass it by connecting your PC directly to the modem and see if the behavior persists.</p>
