Seems to work well, just wondering if it is optimal.</p></p>

<p>On pull I wouldn't immedeately cast ET, because not all groupies are dps-ing yet (busy slacking, debuffing, buffing etc) and you'll loose valuable ET seconds. On pull I cast Mortality Mark, Consumption + send pet in one go, get Blood Coil in asap and not after 3 soul rots and then more of the same like your own cycle.</p>
