Cant make a new character

<p>I just upgraded to Gold membership from silver.  I tried to make a seventh character but the create character button is grayed out.  Am I being dumb or is something wrong with my account?  We do get 7 character slots right?</p>

<p>I also forgot to mention as a silver player i was only able to make 3 characters.  Its been 2 days now since gold upgrade and i still cannot make a seventh toon.  Since it has been confirmed we do get 7 slots ill just have to contact customer support i guess.</p>
