Problems opening tickets

<p>I haven't played this game in years and noticed it was free. Went to go play again and apperently I'm banned lol. Why I have no idea. When I attempt to open a ticket or do a live chat (I know I can't do live chats today anyways) I get the following:</p><p ><strong>"Central Authentication Service</strong></p><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="4"><tbody><tr><td><p>You have successfully logged into the Central Authentication Service.For security reasons, please Log Out and Exit your web browser when you are done accessing services that require authentication!"</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p>Thats it, no next button or anything of the sort or new popup window or anything. Its basically a dead end.</p>

<p>Firefox, Google Chrome, IE, even Safari. I've shut off my copy of Norton360 completely. I've even tryed safe mode + networking. That page just seems to be a deadend for me, idk why. I may call on Monday to verify why my account was banned some like 4-5 years ago. If my memory serves me right, I quit EQII just to quit not due to a banned account.</p><p>Off topic question:</p><p>I created a new free account just to see whats up in the world of EQII and noticed that you had to pay for races/classes. If by chance Sony does lift my ban will I have everything unlocked due to purchasing the game those 6 years ago or so or will I still have to purchase the races/classes. Thats all I'm really concerned about because I'm going to make a new toon anyway due to having no idea what I'm doing anymore.</p>

<p>So I guess I figured it out. I tryed opening a ticket on my new account and it worked fine. I guess due to my old account being banned I'm not allowed to open a ticket on it..</p>
