Cannot log onto launchpad and it's not my fault... apparently

<p>Just tried logging onto the game and cannot get past launchpad, I get the following message come up.....</p><p>"It's not your fault!</p><p>It appears that we are having internal server issues or other problems that are preventing the Launchpad from loading at this time.  We really do apologize and hope to  have the problem corrected shortly.</p><p>If the problem persists contact customer support."</p><p>I'm from Europe, any idea what the problem is or when we can expect it to be fixed please <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
