Conjuror or BeastLord?

<p>Hi Everyone,</p><p>    I just came back to the game from a long break and I am really enjoying it. I am however in a bit of a hard spot. I am trying to pick which class I should level. I have always loved the conjuror class and still do, but the beastlord is something new for me and I love it so far.</p><p>   My main focus down the road is going to be PvP since thats what I enjoy and I guess my question is which class does better in PvP? Is one significantly better than the other? Any opinions or tips would be appreciated.</p><p>Thanks in advance</p><p>     </p>

<p>Beastlords by a large distance.</p><p>Conjurors are much more weak and do not put out as much damage in lower tiers. I'm not sure about t8+ but as a lv 39 conjy on nagafan, I can tell you that it is not very easy to survive or damage without good gear and a knowledge of your class.</p><p>One of my biggest problems as a t4 pvp conjy is survivability. As we don't have a manashield like wizards/warlocks, it's hard to fight scouts + hard hitting fighters even if I'm twinked.</p><p>However, if you're up for the challenge I completely recommend playing conjurors over beastlords. I love the class even though we have many weaknesses, and it's always great to see your name at the top of a BG parse <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>1. You shouldn't have trouble staying at low levels as long as your pet has agro. If you get adds, have the pet taunt off you - you get a 100% effective pet taunt. Use your root too.</p><p>2. be careful rolling a BL, the class is overpowered on purpose - they want people to buy it. Once enough people have, it will become free, and get nerfed ("balanced"). Historically, SOE nerfs classes HARD, so you will end up with a class you invested a lot of time in that's suddently underpowered.</p>
