Launchpad says "Playing - The game is currently running."

<p>I haven't played since late November, before the large updates. I could login and play fine at the time.</p><p>Now, with the new launchpad when I click "Play" EQ2 never launches. The "Play" button switches to "Playing" and the help text over the buttons says "The game is currently running."</p><p>EverQuest2.exe is running in the task mananger. Its memory usage climbs very slowly over time, starting at about 50,000 k.</p><p>What can I do to get this running correctly again?</p>

<p>Hi, i have exactly the same problem. And i can't kill the process on the Windows Task Manager. Launchpad.exe use 100000 to 100304 K ...</p><p>Whats wrong ?</p>
