Starting a new thread since the other one was badly titled and getting off-topic. This issue still hasn't been fixed, and it's completely impossible to do anything on this server.

Edit: Link to the old thread - http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=512123

I am having this same problem. 9 out of 10 times I try and zone anywhere I just sit at the 'waiting for zone server' screen. When I managed to get in a custom dungeon I got disconnected half way through.

I am having the same issue. I need to click on Exit at least 1-2 times a day as I am stuck while zoning. It seems to be random (i.e. zoning to an area, to a house, to guild hall).

FYI my live client works perfectly on this computer so it's not a hardware problem.

And it still isn't fixed.

Well unfortunately this problem will probably persist through the holidays. I was trying to attempt to make sure they don't dismiss it as an end user problem

They need to fix this. Zoning is really messed up on Test Copy, as most all my characters can't even log in as they hang on zoning and finally get "Zone is temporarily unavailable". The ones I can log in, eventually fall into the same void while zoning to a different area.

This does happen on live, I know I hear my boyfriend grumble about it all the time.

The problem on Test Copy is that the actual zone servers are down, so nobody on the server can access more than half the zones in the game.

For what it's worth. This also happens on live servers. At least on my AB. It happened twice yesterday 1-8-12, and once this morning. This happens as far back as I can remember. Only happens when entering my homes, or a tradeskill basement (that was back in temple street ((RIP)), so I don't know if it still happens in that case).

-Miz
