The system is completely flawed

Players who start on Nagafen do not stand a chance as of right now of getting there gear without taking massive amounts of deaths. This keeps our population lower.

Simple fix, put pvp crafted gear at all teirs, so they are able to atleast stand up to the players who already have there full sets.

The damage verse health ratio is way off.

Majority of us already said we wanted a system we could use our pve gear in pvp, just have the stats lowered down. You got to remember we are not raid mobs and do not have 6 million hit points of health. Things like flurry, double spell attack, 150% Multi attack, and 0 caps on haste, and dps mods are making damage insanely to high. If you manage to do this more people would also join and pvp and more than likely have less complaints in the threads.

PvP Crit Mit has become a lop sided issue for a lot of classes, if a dps class wants a lot of dps they have to sacrifice so much Crit Mit they die in pvp in one shot. While on the other hand you have certain classes such as healers, and Brawlers, who get crit mit and can survive forever. That needs a fix. That to different extreme's in the game. It would be nice if it all met in the middle and had decent timed fights with everyone.

There is so many items that are in pve that work in pvp still, I honestly don't see why we have to make a macro to keep switching inbetween sets. That's another issue, how is it fair someone is questing in pve gear but they are not aloud to switch to there pvp set if they are engaged into pvp combat, if you added a simple tab that would allow you to switch between your sets, this would also help pvp a lot. The main issue with the pve sets working is high end raid gear able to kill anyone instantly, if you brought out a set of gear that match the end game raid gear this would never be a problem.
