View Full Version : Cannot Access Game Info Screen to Upgrade Subscription - HELP!

<p>I am posting here because it's been 3 days since I submitted an in-game ticket and I have had no response from anyone.  I am a long-term Station Pass (now All Access) subscriber who is trying to upgrade from a month-to-month payment to a full year.  When I go to Account Into and try to access the Game Pass screen, I get an error message.  I cannot therefore access the place where I would upgrade the account.  I have tried many many times including this morning and the error persists.  I did not have this problem on my secondary account so I know it's limited to this (my main) account. </p><p>I am very frustrated at the lack of a response; I have been a continuous subscriber of one form of EQ or another since 1999 and a Station Pass subscriber on this account for many years.  Can someone please look at this and at least tell me something, even if it's "hell if I know what's wrong?" My monthly renewal will be coming up soon and I do NOT want to be locked into the higher month-to-month price just because there is a technical failure on Sony's end.</p><p>Thank you!</p>
