I have a merc in group window, named Tuffnut, graying out my encounters and i have an active merc named Bellut Shortsong. The inactive, dismissed merc named Tuffnut (49 gnome dirge) wont leave my group which is not allowing me to group with anyone?

The initially happened when i zoned into a dungeon finder group with the merc, Tuffnut, active and unsuspended. When I suspended in the mission, i didn't see any group members in my group window but they were all there with green name labels.

Thank you for your time.

TakahopsTakabyte

-from 12/20/11 patch notes...

MERCENARIES

Gaeri Tallspire and Firus Scorchtouch have abandoned their job as a mercenary for a short time.

The “Back Off” command will now work for Mercenaries, it will set the assist to “none” for you.

Fixed a bug where doing a dungeon finder group with mercs could put your character into an ungroupable state.

Mercenaries will now count towards the 3 member minimum for Bloodletter.

Will check and see if this fixes me.
