I know there have been a number of threads on this topic, so let me apologize for starting another. However, I guess I'm not sure if I should be able to see the tokens or not.

My account *was* a recurring EQ2X gold account, and in November (the 11th) I switched to the SOE All Access when you guys had the special. So, I have a 12 month recurring account, and when I log into the system I can see that next November it will automatically renew. However, I don't have an option for character transfer tokens in the marketplace.

I thought I'd read that everyone was accidentally reset when the servers went F2P, and that after 30 days we'd be good if we had a valid recurring subscription. However, I'm reading that many people do in fact have the tokens available for use.

Any ideas on why I can't see the tokens? I'd prefer not to have to call support, but if that's the right path, just let me know.

Thanks!

Unfortunately we am unable to remove station cash from the account wallet so this is the only other option besides waiting until the account hits 30 days.[06:09:11 PM] TSR Sean F.: we are unable*[06:09:29 PM] MYUSERNAME soe: Wait... what do you mean hits 30 days? My accounts much older than 30 days.[06:09:43 PM] TSR Sean F.: Sorry, disregard that part. The account time is fine.

SOE's not putting this on their site. It's been happening for two weeks. Please file a ticket on live chat to show them how crippling this can be to folks wanting services.
