My account just dropped to silver - wont let me go back to gold

<p>Just logged in, my account has downgraded to silver with no warning. I try to upgrade back to gold and wham...I get an error message right after I choose my sub plan then the window closes.</p><p>Yesterday I was unable to buy SC with the triple SC promo on one of my accounts as well.</p><p>Is ANYONE looking at this?</p>
