"Everquest 2 has detected an unrecoverable error and must shut down" error message

<p>Hi, every time I try to acces the test server I get a box that says " Fatal error Everquest 2 has detected an unrecoverable error and must shut down" and then below that text it says "<verify> G:liveeq2gameClientsrcClientApp.cpp (4103): Failed to open streaming asset databse. OpenResult=-11004162b4 01085" after I hit the play button. It started when I logged into one of my test copy characters, and I was in a T2 freeport guild hall. AVG started a schedueled scan and the game freaked out and started to lag insanely. I was forced to shut it down, and then when I tried to get back in I got the error message. I wasnt sure what to do so I tried the "Validate game assets" option. It ran for a little bit and finished with no error messages or anything, so I figured it mustve been fixed, and tried again. I still recieved the message so I restarted my computer in hopes that would fix it (which it didnt). Now I cant log in to test or test copy. I've tried going onto live and I got in fine, so the bug only happens on the Public Test server. Im not sure why I cant get on and I dont know much when it comes to things like this, so some help would be greatly appreciated. <p>Ok, so I had to unhook my computer because I was using it at a friends house when I downloaded the new launchpad, and set it back up at my house. So just now I had finished setting it up, and I started it. Well when I booted it up my computer startup screen was some weird blue backround, the resolution of my screen was wrong, and I got a system recovery message. I tried to correct whatever happened, but in the end was forced to set my computer back to a time when it was working. Im not sure if this even has anything to do with the errors, but the only thing that I noticed that was different was the new launchpad was gone, so I suspect that had something to do with it. Any ideas as to what caused this would be nice. Im also kind of freaked out right now, because I dont have the slightest idea what happened. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/c30b4198e0907b23b8246bdd52aa1c3c.gif" border="0" /></p>
