<p>My husband had bought a slot last weekend which he didn't receive.  He did petition and got the mail message that you guys are very busy.  But it's been a week now.  Any idea what the turnaround currently is to process this stuff?</p>

<p>Just following up as this has gotten increasingly more frustrating.  After checking the status on the petition, he noticed it was flagged as waiting on customer response.  So the response went this way:</p><p>customer: Not sure why it's listed as waiting on customer response.  I'm still waiting to receive the character slot I purchased.</p><p>support: Thank you for contacting Sony Online Entertainment. This ticket is showing as waiting for you because there is no further action on our part that we can perform. We are still waiting for our in game team to be able to process your other ticket so unfortunately there is no change in status at this time.</p><p>Okay, so we wait.  Then he receives this today:</p><p>support:  We have not heard from you concerning your request for support in the 168 hours since we sent you a response.  Consequently, we have changed the status of your question to SOLVED.</p><p>Solved?? It's been two weeks now since the purchase.  All we could think to do was file a brand new petition as this is clearly messed up and very aggravating.</p>

<p>In the past my character slot purchases were instantaneous. That changed as of today. I bought an extra slot and it still has not showed up on my account.</p>

<p><strong>Character slot purchases have changed they are now a consumable item that ends up in your inventory. Your husband should check his toons for the item it will be in the bags of the toon he was on when he bought the slot.</strong></p>
