Additional Character Slot item issue

<p>Hello,</p><p>I bought the "Additional Character Slot" item and consumed it from my inventory, but I did not appear to recieve an additional character slot when I checked the log in screen. I tried closing EQ2 and starting it up again to see if I had it, but it still says I am maxed at 7/7 characters. </p><p>I also bought DoV and a few appearance items which seem to be working. However, the additional character slot is not registering. </p><p>Please help,</p><p>-Gregok</p>

<p>I had an issue once when buying a extra character slot. It turned out I had a toon logged out in the battlegrounds and that was why my account was not updating. I moved the character and restarted the game and my new slot was there. </p>
