Can't buy SC on one of my FTP accounts

<p>tried four or five times, tried deleting and re-entering my CC details. Relogging - nothing has worked. Transaction went through fine on other 3 accounts.</p><p>Logged a ticket but I fear the promo will be over by the time it gets answered.</p><p>Getting error "it appears that an error has occurred while we were processing your transaction..."</p>

<p>Logged in on this account today to find all my vet rewards had disappeared. Remedied by claiming a non-vet reward - rewards appeared after I claimed.</p><p>Tried to purchase 500 points today - got to the order summary whereupon it said 0SC purchase complete order then failed with an error.</p>
