New FTP account not able to login

<p>So i started a account for my daughter and gave her some station cash to upgrade to silver. Did both of those she logged out and did some stuff came back to login and it says invalid username password...................... please help me understand how and why this happend?</p>

<p>Nobody is gonna know that on the forum, we don't all run around with each others passwords.</p><p>However if you go to <a href="http://www.everquest2.com/">http://www.everquest2.com/</a> click sign-in and then forgot password you can have a password reset email sent to your registered email address.</p><p>Simples!</p>

let me make it clearer i started a FTP account for my daughter Today and added station cash logged her in and got her a silver membership. logged her out and came back 2 hrs later the username and password doesnt work. i didnt forget it because i wrote it down. Thank you tho for your input.

<p>Make sure the launcher is set to the correct account.  It might be trying to log into another account.  Check the drop down.</p>
