<p>I have not purchased anything in EQ in a long long time, and my credit card has expired. I attempted to update my information, but it requires a parental password. I do not know what this is, and being 41, I really dont need it.</p><p>Is there a way to reset it somehow? There is not an area to request the password, and I would like to take advantage of the SC sale today. I attempted to use the chat service, but there is no service today.</p><p>Help? I was planning on spending a bit of real money today on EQ, and I cannot due to this issue.</p>
