<p>I was trying to downgrade from station pass to just the standard monthly payment. When it downgraded me from paid to free I went in to subsribe but when I tried to make my pruchase I got the message that it failed and try again. So I did a few times both in game and on the website.</p><p>Now my bank is showing I have 9 charges of 14.99... (There might have been more but it drained the account until I had insufficient funds) and my account is still registered as a free account. So not only did I get charge well over a hundred dollars but it gave me nothing for it.</p><p>The customer support says none is offered on the weekends (though the number I tried said it was disconnected anyway.) It is the holidays and I really need to get this resolved asap.</p>

<p>You can file a /petition or ticket and the GM's may be able to assist you. Are the payments Pending? It may be that they will fall off if not put through by SOE. <p>I did a support ticket... I was hoping I wouldn't have to wait until monday or later.</p><p>I did not /petition due to my account being flagged as free due to all this and I was told free accoutns get no in-game support.</p><p>and no the payments aren't pending. It's a debit card so it was drawn directly from my bank and it shows the acocunt as almost empty.</p>
