SC cards not trippling to the correct amount

<p>its suposed to be tripple  SC today .</p><p>i claimed a 2000 walmart SC card and it only gave me 5000 SC when it should have been 6000 SC.</p>

<p>right</p><p>but any other time the bonus tippled along with the sc card amount witch would be</p><p>1500 x 3 = 4500 + 1500 for the bonus =6000  .</p><p>so unless for this promotion they stopped doubling the bonus its bugged.</p>

I just paid $20 via in-game and only got 6,000 SC instead of the triple amount. Since I'm now a free to play silver account, the /petition feature is not an option for me.

We understand that you received double station cash instead of the triple. We are currently investigating the issue and will inform you of a solution as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience." ....</p><p>I REALLY would love to claim my other cards, but if I am goign to be shafted on those as well whats the point? I have been a paying customer for a VERY long time, and get the pre orders, and yet still seem to be last to get responses or reimbursments...</p><p>And to top it all off now the "NEW" launcher keeps telling me my pswrd with security pin added is invld over and over and over, the 2 times it managed to actually let me in the game just crashes on hitting loading entities... I have gone throgh that with tech support in the past and all I hear and read on the forums is the same thing over and over "delete these 20 files game cache eq ! exe every time, that worked for the last 5 times it happened but now not even that is not doing anything...</p>
