<p>I ahve a yearly all-access plan (well until I can change it next year!!) and I can't gift SC items. It says I need to be resubbed for a month, but my acocunt has been around since 2006 and not lapsed that I know of. I changed to all-access in Oct, from a recurring 3-month plan.</p>

<p>I too am having a problem. We have been All-Access since they implemented it. My family of 4 plays and none of us can gift SC either. Not sure what is going on but maybe it all should have been in beta for longer then it actually was. I hope that they get it fixed soon. I also don't like that they changed some items so your characters can't use it anymore because of their class. That is just not right for them to do that. Some things were bought at the market or from brokers and now we are out coin and the item. Very frustrating. Even some receipies are missing from on of my daughters character and had to be rebought again for Frostfell. More gold out of our bank in EQII! </p>

<p>I'm having the same problem when I went to use gifting. And very dismayed and disappointed that this thread just sits here without any response for days. I had heard gifting was "down" at one point, and then back up. So which is it now and where in the heck do we find out which it is at any given time?</p><p>I even checked "known issues"....nada.</p><p>Reds going to let this thread get dusty? (Um....{{{tap tap}}...you're losing money that way [gifting-broken] ?!)</p>

But I feel it needs to be addressed. I'm quite sure half of the "unable to buy tokens" posts are related to this issue. After waiting to talk to someone in Live Chat last night, I got this response.
