Welcome pack

<p>I hope this has not been asked a dozen times but i used the search and found plenty on packs but nothing on this . I understand all players old and new are getting a welcome pack.</p><p>I dont see this in the claim list. How do i get this welcome pack? Also anyone know offhand what it contains. heard it was kinda nice.</p>

<p>They were in my claim list and the pack titles are the names. Every existing toon got them on all my accounts. I would petition it if you didn't get them.</p>

<p>It is possible that those packs were associated with the veteran system .. and that was kind of messed up for some people, but patch notes claim that the /claim is working again.</p>
