Gifting....?

<p>So, gifting is currently disabled with the tooltip reasoning of "You must have a subscription over a month old in order to be allowed to gift."  I am presuming that because internally the subscription I had prior is not the same as my new gold membership, that this is the reason that gifting is disabled. </p><p>My main complaint is that my main account has most of my SC and I'd like to unlock features on my second account once it's subscription ends and it drops to silver.</p><p>Is there any chance that this can be fixed such that those who had a prior subscription and now a current membership can gift?  I really would like to gift a few things (race pack, class pack, and backpack/bank/item unlocks) and would prefer to use the SC I already have purchased to do so.</p><p>Thanks,Dedith</p>

<p>We won't be able to address this for you individually as the requirements are hard set in the system.  30 days starting from 12/6 is the earliest anyone will be able to gift, as long as they are an active/recurring member.</p><p>You might be able to discuss a compromise with our billing representatives but I cannot guarantee you there will be one.</p>
