<p>Ok so my debit card wouldn't work to buy the expansion so I purchased SC with my mobile phone, to buy the expansion that way. Well 48 hours late I still have no SC and my prepaid cell phone was charged the money right away...I have sent a ticket in to Sony and ZONG, but well getting very frustrated I come back to play after a year, and well now I am asking myself why did I even bother...I had no trouble Friday buying the SC through my mobile to pay for Gold Subscription...Any help would be appreciated, because I don't plan on paying twice for one expansion, I will just go back to not playing again before I pay for something more than once <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>Thanks</p>

As for the SMS issue what we'll need included on your support ticket is the transaction number ZONG txted to you and your phone number. Our senior representative will look in to it. Resolution on these errors are not instantaneous and investigation will take a few days.</p>

<p>I guess I am just screwed then, because my phone auto deletes messages after so many and When I realized 24 hours were past and still no SC the messages were deleted. I never should have wasted 20 bucks. I should have just not even bothered when it wouldn't let me use my debit card. It shows on my phone account summary on my account page where the money was taken off but no other info about it.</p>

<p>Zong at least was helpful. I wasnt able to get the confirmation number but they said everything went through on their end, and they would take care of contacting Sony themselves to resolve the issue. Learned my lesson, next time I will purchase it through direct2drive or a store, won't be purchasing anymore SC.</p>

I have exactly the same problem, but I still have the ZONG transaction numbers (I tried it two times, so I've lost 8 euros).</p>

I really hope they are going to answer me.</p>
