View Full Version : SC Marketplace causing client crash

<p>I have searched on this, only found a very old forum topic from 2005. When I try to use the market place [SC] my client crashes, I also get this error : everquest2.exe - No Disk .. X There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drivedevicehardisk3DR3. with options CANCEL TRY AGAIN or CONTINUE.. Which all have the same results.. client crash.. This is new.. This has only been happening since the patch with AoD.. After I was put into the "no longer a member" status and had to redo my information for payment.. The day before the patch and the information redo I could get on SC no problem.. Any thoughts?</p>

<p>Please open a support ticket so we can open the account up and rule out or resolve any account specific issues.</p><p>In the meantime I do want to point out that your video card is being read as a Standard VGA Graphics adapter.  If the rest of the information is accurate then this is an ATI card that is having some issues.  I would suggest installing drivers for your ATI card directly from the ATI/AMD website as soon as possible.  I recommend the older 11.2 driver version (last I checked they were up to 11.11 but might have even newer ones now)</p>

I will go do that.. in the mean time .. The SC issue has corrected itself, however now I am getting the no disk error when I try to log on.. if I log out and retry it sometimes corrects itself immediately...</p>
