Has anyone seen the chilling armor line yet?

Its better then my Wisdom Line/Stamina Line/Agility Line Combined (literally, combined.), is this meant to be?

Actually if you add in my strength line only giving me 10% hate gain, it might be better then 4 of my trees.

Chilling Armor Line:

An AOE Attack that does Damage/Stifles, 1.0 Second Cast (which means low with cast speed.)/22 Second Cooldown at 90, Stifles also are very nice because they prevent a mob from autoattacking you.

10% Riposte Chance, basicly 10% uncontested avoidance (warriors used to have 8% while using a buckler, but it was deemed overpowered and removed.)

12% Max Health, Something amazing.

Chilling Armor, Reduces all Damage by 50% for 12 Seconds, the line below adds 8 more seconds, so its 20 Seconds, its Reuse speed is about a minute after you have reuse. (Its basicly adrenaline, without a drawback of making you lose ALL Your power.) (Adrenaline used to also be 50% Damage Reduction, but it was deemed overpowered and Removed.)

It doesn't matter. They are not fighters and will not be tanking any more than rogues spec'd for it.

No, it really isn't. You obviously have no concept of game balance, or else you would know that sometimes an ability is just fine for one class, but broken for another. This is why there are Displacement proc items for mages and healers, but not for fighters, as an example.

It's just inexplicably bad and horrible and was due for a revamp 3 expansions ago. One endlien of the five is good, 3 of the other four are not even worth the 2 points if you spec'd the rest of the line. And Dragoon's Reflexes isn't great either, especially for a Zerker.

Dear Santa: HELP BERSERKERS.

The same effect hasnt stacked in some time. You can adorn multiple pieces and it will proc more often but the EFFECT will not stack. SO YES MAGES CAN HAVE 5-6 of them. It just means the effect will always be up.

Have fun in star wars, its just as imbalanced between classes in the same alignment as every other game and has no end game to boot. PS tank DPS sucks in star wars just as much.
