Bug: Got a level 34 combat ability at lvl 25

<p>This happened when my research was finished... As I entered freeport south. No clue what triggered it, if it was freeport or the researcher. Either way, this happened:Since it's impossible to submit screenshots in bug reports, I really suggest you get a bug report section on the forum. <p>You can suggest that to the forum admins, I just monitor the support forums.  These bug reports would best be served on a general discussion forum until there is a bug specific forum.  Tech Support does not handle bug reports.</p>
