I've been experiencing the game freezing when zoning for about a good six months now. My laptop is about a year old. It happens several times a day when I am very active. The "freezing" occurs at character select, changing zones, zoning into houses etc. Basically, the game freezes with no sound and no mouse activity. I have to power cycle my computer to get out of the game which also forces me to reboot.

I have noticed it freezes most often when "loading zone". Upon rebooting and logging back in my character usually is in the zone I was logging to.

I've never provided my computer settings before so I hope I include what you need. I have the following:

Lenovo Win7 PC

Processor: Intel Core i7 CPU Q720 160 Ghz

Installed Memory 4.0 GB

64 Bit Operating Sytem

Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1.

My display adapter is AMD Radeon HD 6579m/5700 Series

Let me know if you need any more specifics. Thank you in advance.
