View Full Version : SC Refunds for Class/Race purchases 12/6-12/8

<p>Smokejumper posted that after Grandfathering in old characters, anyone who purchased a Race / Class pack from 12/6-12/8 would recieve a refund on all the SC spent for those purchases. So far that has not happened, is there a timetable on when we can expect this to happen?</p>

<p>Same I read the same message, I noticed more toon unlocked, but I am still out on 750sc for unlocking my main only to find out he is going to be nekid. I do not dare to log into any of my other level 80 toon for fear of this issue. Which to say does not allow me to come back to this game. =/</p>

<p>The refunds havent gone out yet. I can request info on when that will occur but I cant say I'll get it before its officially announced or actually gets pushed through.</p>

<p>I bought races and a class on two seperate accounts.. one got the sc back sunday, one monday I believe.</p>

I don't really want to hear another excuse, I want my refund in a timely manner, you took my money in seconds, why do I have to wait over a week for a simple refund?</p><p>My petition on this matter has been in the que for 7 days now, Reference Number 111210-001585 it is time this is resolved. The phone call to support on this matter happened 3 days ago and I was told I would recieve the refund in 24 hours, it is now day 3 since then.</p>
