Spell Research

<p>Just before free to play I had completed a spell research for Inquisition II Master which takes about 30 days.  I used 2 research potions on it to speed it up a couple weeks.  When I was able to finally log in on the Everfrost server as a new F2P member I bought about 20.00 in station cash to unlock my race, gear, spells, etc.   I bought spell unlockers but when I went to claim my new master I hit claim and nothing happened.  I still have expert and now it says I can research Master Inquisition II again.   How do I get my master that I spent weeks researching?  </p>
