Account age wrong

<p>My account started in 2004 and I'm only showing 4 years worth of time.  According to Smokejumper I should be getting time going back to start of account.  Could you help please?</p>

<p>Actually, we dont have the vet rewards.  I have 6 1/2 years of rewards and they are not in my claim window.  I spoke to CS today, but they said they cant help me because Im not a gold member.  Only gold members can receive live support.  They said I have the rewards listed on my account as earned, but not visible in the claim window.  Which they can see, but wont assist with??</p><p>I could see if I sold armour and wanted it back, or if I couldnt figure out how to open the bank or something.  Then... contact the knowledge base.  But this is something that my account shows as earned, but cannot access due to a bug or back end issue.  Nothing to do with me.</p><p>Please assist.  Thanks.</p>
